Dues on Wool.
MR SEDDON’S REFERENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Aug. 22. Mr Seddon, Bpeaking at Leeds, complained of the heavy dues charged in the way of warehousing wool in London, and suggested the warehousing of samples near the points of consumption.
