STILL IN EVIDENCE. By Tolegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Aug. 24. The Shah of Persia visited Windsor Castle and placed a magnificent |wreath on Queen Victoria’s tomb. Later on he attended the Crystal Palace, where record fireworks were held, seventy thousand people being present.
