FATAL ACCIDENT. By Telegraph —Press Association. Dunedin, last night. John Reily, 63 years of ago, a farmer at Otakia, Taieri, was killed by a bluegum tree falling on him. Ho was felling tho tree with his sons, and in running back when it was falling deceased tripped, and was pinned .by a branch before he could recover. ARBITRATION. Tho hearing of the tramway employees' dispute was not concluded when the Arbitration Court adjourned.
