LEAVES FOR NEW ZEALAND ON MONDAY. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRES 3 ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, last night. Sir Joseph Ward received a cable tonight stating that Mr Seddon leaves by the Tongariro on Monday for Auckland, via Toneriffe, Capetown, and Hobart.
