PREPARATIONS BEING MADE.

| Special to TiMHa.| Wellington, last night. The Govermcnt havo given instructions that the main electoral rolls are to bo completed within three weeks from to-day. The rolls aro then to be printed. This year a personal canvass throughout tho colony is being made for enrolling electors. The main and supplementary rolls, when completed, will bo exhibited at Post-offices in the various electorates.
