MR SEDDON AT CAPETOWN.
ANOTHER SPEECH,
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Capotown, Sept. 30. The Tongariro has arrived from London. Mr Seudon met with a cordial reception, and was entertained at a public luncheon. Mr Seddon, in the course of a speech at tho luncheon tendered to him, declared that every moral support should bo given to tho loyal Dutch by our colouists ; also friendship towards those from whom we differed. This would mako a prosperous country, British rule insuring peaceful and prosperous settlement.
