Later.—The wool sales havo closod firm with tho highest rates of tho sories. Messrs Dalgoty and Co. report receipt of the following London cablo : —“ Increasing demand for frozen meat in gonoral. Host quality Canterbury mutton, 3Jd to 4d ; North Island, 3jd to 3Jd; ewes, 3Jd to 3jd ; Canterbury lamb, 5d to 5Jd ; North Island lamb, 4jd to sd. Beef: Hindquarters sd, forequarters 4d.” Messrs Dalgoty and Co. havo jalso rocoived the following cablegram 11 Beef tallow: Sineo our last telegram pricos are Unchanged ; other descriptions 6d to 9d highor.” _____
