IN pursuance of “The Electoral Act., ] 9 02, ’' I, George John Alexander Johnstone, Returning oilicer for the Electoral District of Waiapu, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the i.ltli day of Novemqer, 1902', under the siand of the Clerk of Writs-, an Election will be held for the return of ONE, qualified person to serve as Member for the said District ; and that tho latest day for receiving Nominations oi Candidates will be the 18th day of NOVEMBER, 1003 ; and that the Poll (if ncvscessary) will be taken at the several Polling-places of the said district the 35th day oi NOVEMBER, 1003.
