Thoro were large entries and a good attendance at the Addington market tod<Fat cattle: 130 wcro yarded, being equal to requirements. Late prices were maintained. Steers brought £9 2s 6d to £l2 2s 6d ; heifers, £6 10s to £lO ; cows. £5 15s to £8 7s 6d ; beef, 27s to 30s per 1001 b. Fat shoep: There was a good entry, owes in fair condition preponderating. For primest quality lato rates were maintained, but for unfinished sorts thero was a marked decline on the previous week s prices. The following is tho range of prices : Heavy weight wethers, to 20s 7d ; primo freezers, 17s Cd to 203; lighter weights, 16s to 17s ; freezing ewes, 14s to 17s ; bost butchers’ ewes, 16s to 18s 6d ; othors, 12s 4d to 15s 6d ; primo merino wethers, 17s 6d. Fat lambs: There was a decided falling off in this market. Prime sorts found purchasers at about Is per head below tho previous week’s rates, but the bulk ovoked little competition. Pigs: There was a fair entry, which met with keen demand at an advance in prices. Baconers brought 45s to 58s; extra heavy 675, equal to s{d per lb; porkers, 28s to 44s ; largo stores, 27s to 375; medium, 20s to 25s ; suckers and woanors, 12s to 18s.
