Out of four Russian torpedo destroyers intended to pass, two passed the Dardanelles, besides unarmed torpedo boats.. Tho Gorman nowspapor Vosßiche Zoitung says that tho Russian soytbe is mowing British opposition all over the globe. Tho British protests übout torpedoes passing the Dardanelles are mere paper, valueless unless backed by foroe, probably tho last thing Britain would contemplate. The quarrol will soon subside, and Russia will prevail. Correspondents declare that these views reflect tho non official opinion in Borlin.
