MUNICIPAL CHAMBERS AND OPERA HOUSE.
[BX TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Palmerston North, last night. The Borough Council has decided to erect combined Municipal Chambers and Opera House at a cost of .£9OOO. Messrs Crichton and McDay, of Wellington, won the first prize in the design competition.
