CONDITIONS. Winners of any handicap after declaration of weights ta carry a penalty of 71bs. All open races except Maiden and District Welter race. The district shall he the Waiapu County boundaries. Horses must have been owned end in the district at least three months previous to races. Nominations for ail handicaps must be in the hands of the Secretary before 8 p.m. on FEBRUARY 7th, 1903, accompanied by nomination fees, name, age, pedigree, and performances, also colors of riders.
