Lord Onslow, speaking at Glasgow, declared that tho idea of an Australian navy was noticeable in certain quarters of Australia. Ho hoped that wiser counsels would prevail. If Australians wished representation and asked to bo admitted to Britain’s counsols, ho could answer for tho sort of reception they would rceeivo at tho hands of Government. (Cheers.)
