The Union Company’s s.s. Taluno arrived from South yesterday morning, and loft for Auckland at 11.30. Passengers : Outward : Misses King, Yatos, F. Taylor, Piekott, Turnbull ; Mosdames Orosswoll, O’Meara, Knowles and two children ; Messrs Howe, Cresswoll, Tuohy, Harris, Stevenson, Turnbull, Huiue, Richards, Fahey, O’Noil, Thompson ; Masters Smith and Knowles. Messrs Richardson and Co.’s s.s. Woka arrived from Napior yesterday morning, and left for South at 7 p.m. Hor cargo included 2120 ft timber for Muckrell and Colley, 1105 mouldings for W. 0. Skeet, and a large quantity of sundries. The Woka returned to Napier last evening. The Union Company's s.s. Kotuku arrived from Napier and Westport yesterday morning with u cargo of 200 tuns of coal for Nelson Uros.

Tho Shaw-Savill steamor Tokomaru left for Lyttelton at 4 p.m. yesterday. She shippod tho following cargo at this port : By Dalgety and Co., 167 bales wool, 21 bales skins ; Common, Shelton and Co., 129 bales wool, 20 eases honey ; Bennett and Sborratt, 162 bales wool ; Williams and Kpttle, 84 bales wool; Shoepfarmors’ Freezing Company, 120 casks tallow and pelts, and equal to 12,1)00 carcases. East Capo Lighthouse reported yesterday ; —The schooner Gisborno and a large timber seow passed south at 2.30 p.m. The scow May left last ovening for Whaugara to ship a cargo of posts for fchis port. Tho s.s. Woka shipped a full cargo of wool yesterday for Napier. The schoonor Waiapu shippod a cargo of grass seed yesterday for Mr Bayly for Mahia. . , . The schooner Awanui leaves to-day tor Mercury Bay. Tho Union Company’s s.s.
