LAND SALE.

By Telegraph —Press Association. Wellington, last night. At auction to-day the W 7 ellington Harbor Board’s dock endowment, known as Grainger-street block, was sold on building leases, in twenty-seven sections. The total annual rental brought by all the sections was £2074, representing a capital value of £52,000. The block is at the rear of Te Aro railway station.
