’(Per Press Association’^ Wanganui, last night. Tho Championship Regatta was held to-day in splendid weather. There was a record attendance. The results were : Maiden Fours, 1 mile: Waitomata 1, Christchurch Unions 2, Avon 3. Ten started. Time, 6.40 4-5. Champion Fours, 2 miles : Kawaterß 1, Union (Wanganui) 2, Canterbury 3. 'Seven started. A £no race ; won by a length. Time, 13.1 2-5. Junior Outrigger Fours, 1} miles : Stars 1, Canterbury 2, Union (Wanganui) 3. Won by a length. Time, 8.57 1-5. Champion Single Sculls, 1} miles: W. Webb (Wanganui) 1, McGrath (Dunedin) 2. Time, 9.57. Champion Pairs, 14 miles ; Wellington 1, Petone 2. Time, 9.41 2-5. Junior Fours, 1} miles : Stars 1, Waiternata 2, Christchurch 3. Time, 8.55 3-5. Champion Double Sculls: Otago 1, Christchuroh amateurs 2. Time, 9.10 1-5. Senior Fours, 1 mile: Canterbury 1, Union (Wanganui) 2.
