Tho s.a. Omapere worked Awanui and Tuparoa yesterday. She expects to work Waroponga, Waipiro, and Tokomaru today.

The s.s. Mararoa left Sydnoy at 1 p.m. Wednesday. The steamer Waikaro left Wellington at 4 p.m. yesterday, and arrives at Gisborne early to-morrow morning.

The steamer Talune will bo detained in Auckland until midnight to-morrow night to bring on the Sherlock Holmes Company. The steamer arrives at Gisborne about midnight on Sunday.

Tho Shaw-Savill steamer Waiwera left AVellington at noon yesterday, and arrives hero about noon to-day. Tho local agents, Halgety and Co., hope to despatch her direct from Gisborne to London via Monte Video and Toneriffo to-morrow night.
