j(Per Press Association ) 3 Wanganui, last night. For the Wanganui Jockey Club’s autumn meeting the weather was fine. There was a record attendance. The results were :

Stewards’ Handicap.—Oingo 1, Dexterity 2, Tradewind 3. Also started: Mussdl and Livonia. Livonia was left at the post. Won easily. Time 1.44 2-5, div. £1 13s 61.

First Handicap Hurdles.—Waiwera 1, Lady Bell 2, Royal Conqueror 3. Also started : Eclair, Rufus, Light. Won pulling. Time 4.4 4-5, divs. £1 17s and £3 9s.

First Hack Hurdles.—Old Gun 1, Romany Lad 2, Juryman 3. Also ran : Sunmos, Moturoa, Recoil, Urukahika, Fire King. Won easily. Time 1.31, divs. £1 18s 6d and 14s. WANGANUI CUP. Mars 1 Orloff 2 Heroism 3 Also started : Advance, Halbordicr, Hinetaura, The Shannoo, Fakir, Anchorite. Mars led all tho way and won by half a length, Halberdior fourth, and Advance fifth.
