The rangos were 500 and 600yds, 10 shots, and there wore 38 prizes aggregating £62. The prizes ranged from £6 to £l. The weather was overcast and puffy. There was a light breeze in the oarly part of the morning, increasing in force aud variable lateron, seriously interfering with the quality of the shooting. No possible was made at either range. McKee, Piako, Speck, Stratford, aud Causley, Thames, topped the score at the first range with 49, and Bryce, Kaitangata, made 48 in the 600. W.
