District horses winning races 2 or 4 to carry penalty of 71b in District Race. 4. The handicapper shall have power to re-handicap horses after declaration of weights and throughout the meeting. 5. Protests to be lodged with Secretary, in writing, within 15 minutes after the disputed event, and accompanied by a deposit of 20s; such deposit to be forfeited should the protest be deemed frivolous or vexatious. G. Jookeys riding in races to wear colors. 7. Nominations for Races 2 ami i to be in the hands of Secretary by Saturday, March 28th, at 5 p.m., accompanied by age, name, pedigree, and performance of horse, and colors of rider. 8. Weights for Races 2 and 4 declared Monday, March 30th. Aceeptanoes close at Tawhiti Hotel, Friday, April 3rd, at 10 p.m. 9.
