CRICKET ASSOCIATION.

Dunedin, last night. At a meeting of the Cricket Association to-night, it was stated there had been a profit of £B6 11s 8d on the match Lord Hawke’s team v. Otago, and £llO 3s 4d on the South Island match. It was decided to make a presentation to Mr A. Downes for his many bowling performances for Otago. In the matter of getting a coach from England, a sub committee was appointed to deal with the subject. CHARITABLE POLLARDS.
