LICENSING COMMITTEE.
NO COALITION IN NAPIER.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, last night. The temperance party, at a meeting tonight, resolved not to entertain a proposal for a coalition with the liquor party, and have decided to run a ticket for the forthcoming licensing election. If returned they will probably vote for a 25 per cent, reduction of existing licenses.
