FLORAL FETE,
'(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, last night,
To day being Anniversary Day was observed as a holiday. A floral fete held at Forbury Park in aid of the fallen soldiers’ memorial was a great success, about ten thousand attending. The profit is expected to be about £450.
A FAIR FIGHT. One of the Moderate eandiiates for the Waikouaiti Licensing Committee having retired, it will now bo a straight-out fight between the modorate and temperance parties.
