THS SULTAN CONSULTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Constantinople, April 6. Zinsvieff, the Russian Ambassador, llarou Calico, Austrian Ambassador, and Sir N. O'Connor, British Ambassador, interviewed the Sultan and urged the necessity of military occupation of tho chief centres of Albania. The Sultan promised prompt compliance with their wishes, and professed his intention to send 32 Anatolian battalions to Albania, and in the event of coercion employing Anatolian troops alone. It is suspected, however, that ho will rely on persuasion and money to pacify tho districts. 1 lenna, April 6. Austrian troops at Agramsarafous and Temevar have mobilised. Austria has warned the Sultan that she will occupy Mitrovitza unless tho Albanians are coerced. ___
