H ‘was a purely spectacular display, of gymnastic skill in evading bulls with blunted horns. PROPOSED VISIT TO PARIS. PARIS, April 7. His Majesty King Edward arrives at Paris on the 2nd. It is expected that President Loubet will return his visit iu Loudon in the autumn. VISIT TO THE POPE POSTPONED ROME, April 7. King Edward will not visit- the Pope but will write expressing regret- at the brief stay, and hoping to' visit him on the occasion of another and a longer stay at Rome.
