CARELESS ALBANIANS,

Two Albanians, belonging to tho Sultan’s bodyguard, driving through Pera, fired revolvers at tho Imporial escutcheons, causing alarm. A 3 the police had boon forbiddon to interfere with tho sol diers, tho Albanians returned unmolested to tbeir barracks. The incident is interpreted as a protest against reforms. M. Sinoveiff urges tho removal of the Albanian bodyguard, alleging that its presence has a paralysing effect on tho Sultan.
