Sydney, April 10. The Marino Court found that the wreck of the steamer Shamrock was duo to the second officer mistaking the orders of tile captain and the delauit of the chief engineer, Henderson, in not taking more effective measures to move the engines, Tile Court called upon Henderson to show eai.se why his certificate should not bo suspended.
