Auckland, last night. For the Auckland Trotting Club’s Meeting, first day, the weather was fine, and there was a largo attendance. The totalisator receipts for the day wore £2448. Two dividends wore paid for the first tune at tho Club’s meeting. The following are the results : , Maiden Trot.—lmperator 1, Nat Gould 2, Lerosior 3. Scratched ; Carbolic and Tarry. Scratched : Polly 11., Sir Robert, Miss Huon, Little Bon, Peter, Time 4.20 2*5, div. ill 18s. Pony Trot. —Littlo Paul 1, Day Star -, Wairiri 3. Scratched : 11., Donovan, Belle, Irvington, and Emma.
