CRUSHED TO DEATH.

SENTRY HILL FATALITIES. By Telegraph—Press Association. New Plymouth, last night. A fatal accident occurred at Sentry Hill to-night. A man named Wood, employed with a thrashing machine, which was being shifted by moonlight, between eight and nine, got between the engine and combine. He was crushed in the chest; he lingered a short while, but expired before the doctor arrived. Deceased was tho man who was in company with P. George, who a few days back was thrown from a bicycle and killed whilst on his way to Sentry Hill. An inqucßt will be held to-morrow.
