CONVICTION OF JOHN LAFFEYv IPer Press Association)* DUNEDIN, last night. In the Police Court John Laficy, Ihensee of the Otago Hotel, was convicted of serving liquor to George Magorian while the latter was drunk, and was fined ten pounds. lie appealed, and the appeal was to-day dismissed by Mr Justice Williams, with thirty guineas costs.
