INTERESTING CASE.
(Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, last night. .Tho S.M, gave judgment, to-day in a claim for Lit 2s by MaeKeynnids against the Northern .Shipping Company for the value of bonedust shipped by the lima, and transhipped on the (iairloch for delivery at Opunakc. The consignment was carried on to Onehunga, left on the. wharf, and eventually being carried by the Gairlocii when she was wrecked at Oakura( The manure was subsequently sold without communication with the owner.- Judgment was given for plaintiff for the amount claimed, and costs.
