By -Mil votes to 20, the Irish Land Bill was read a second time. MrCoghiii moved the rejection of the measure. Mr Iloaly mercilessly attacked the Home Rule Liberals who opposed the measure. He predicted that the Bill would change more than Ireland; it would change England too. Mr Morley, warmly supporting the bill, elicited from Mr Wyndham, amid cheers, a promise to discuss the first clause iu committee stage with an open mind for all members. The minority consisted of two Unionists, Sir Chas. Dilke, Mr Hayno and other Liberals.
