CLAIM TO TITLE.
By Telograph—Press Association—Copyright Received 11 p.rn,, May 8. London May 8. Chancery has granted a commission to enable Ernest Henri Sackvillo West to secure testimony abroad with a view to showing that ho is Baron Sackvillo’s lawful - son, alleging that Sackvillo married Josephine Duran do Ortega in 1864. Sackville declares that Josephino married Juan Dela Oliva in 1851, and his marriage wus not dissolved.
