A LADY’S CLAIM. By Telegraph—Press Association— Dunedin, last night. Mr Carow, S.M., in a case where one Mrs Cameron claimed commission on the sale of a house, gave judgment in her tavor, holding that as she had found a customer and scut a buyer to view the premises she was entitled to tho usual commission, although tho buyer had subsequently gouo to another agent and bought tno property through him.
