SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BY-LAW REGULATING HEAVY TRAEEIC. "VTOTICE is hereby given that tho Gisborno Borough Council will hold a Meeting at the Council Chambers, Lowe Street, Gisborne, on TUESDAY tiie 9th day of June, 1903, at 7.3 U p.m., for the purpose of confirming the following Resolution, which was passed at a Special Meeting held on the 12xii day oe May, 1903: — 1. During the months of May, June, Judy, August, and Skptkjiuek, in every year, all heavy tcallic (as defined by the Public Woiks Act, 189-1) of any kind shall cease upon the Kaiti Esplanade Road, abutting tho Turanganui River. 2. Every person who shall use such Road during the aforesaid months for heavy trallie, us abovo defined, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding the sum of £5 on every occasion on which the same shall bo so used.
