A FIRE.

Christchurch, last night. At Sydenham this morning a tire de
stroyed a shop occupied by Alfred Beaston, cycle maker, and badly damaged premises occupied by Scrimshaw, cabinetmaker. The building, the property cf A. Simpson, was insured for £'2Bs in the National, and Beaston’s stock, totally destroyed, for £250 in the Liverpool, London and Globe.
