RAGWORT.
By Telegraph—Press Association— Napier, last night. Tho Hawke’s Bay County Council, at its mooting to-day. declared ragwort to be a noxious wood under the Act. Comment was rnado on the negligence shown in the destruction of noxious weeds on native lands, and it was decided to draw tho attention of the Government to the matter.
