London, June 30. The progress of tho Irish Land Bill is slow. „ Mr Wyndham refused to discuss Air O'Donnell’s suggestion that peasants should be allotted five acres each, though he promised to consider their position. Mr Wm. O’Brien moved to empower a Commission to arrange for the restoration
of evicted tenants. Mr Saunderson declared that hopeless social confusion would result from the attempt to restore 40,000 people. Mr.Wyndbam declined to give peremptory direction to the Commissioners and said he allowed thorn wide discretion in regard to reinstating and providing capital to restook. The amendment was withdraw.
