THE PREMIER’S SYMPATHY
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. The Premier has received the following cablegram from Johannesburg to-day “We appreciate your sympathetic ■attitude against the introduction of 'Chinese here. The masses are fearful of its consequences.—(Signed), Australians iu Johannesburg.”
