Tho Admiralty-chartered collier Morceaeg, which arrived from Hong Kong yesterday, was orderod from the latter port to Wai&eiwai, whore she discharged her cargo of Westport coal into 11 British warships. Every ounco of coal was taken. On returning to Hong Kong tho steamor bunkered with Mount Kornbla coal. Naval men at Waibeiwai are in a state of expectancy as to tho probability of a Russo-Japanese war. On being coaled the British warships proceeded to perform , manoeuvres. r
