COMMENTS BY JUDGE. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright Received 9.55 a.m., August 2. London, Aug. 1. Mr Justice Buckley, in the course of o ruling, held that alleged largo sales of London Valley Goldfields and Moolart Valley Goldfields Companies by London and Globe Finance Corporation to BritishAmerican Corporation were invalid and not binding. Mr Justice Buckley commented on the fact that Whittaker Wright was managing director of both com panies.
