The estimated revenue for the current year is £8,680,000, and the expenditure *62,246,000, less deductions, *694,000, under special retrenchment, leaving the expenditure £1,152,000, to which has to be added interest on public debt £1,523,000, and estimated surplus of £41,000 by special vote to the States. £26,000 addition will probably be required a 3 interest on the loan just floated.
