ANTHRAX.
'ANOTHER OUTBREAK AT .WOODLANDS. (Per Press Association.}’ INVERCARGILL', last night. Anthrax has . again appeared at Woodlands, the scene of the previous .outbreak. Some cows, in perfect health on Monday, were found dead on Tuesday. A post mortem revealed germs of anthrax in hundreds. A portion of the carcase an/I microscopic slides, smeared with"fresh 'Wood from the animal, are being forwarded to Mr Gilruth. Steamed Calcutta hopes were used as a fertiliser on the'facto.
