CHRISTCHURCH NEWS.
TECHNICAL CLASSES. Per Press Association Christchurch, last night. At a meeting o£ the Board of Managers of the technical classes to-night, it was resolved to make a further appeal to the Premier for a grant for temporary buildings. It was stated that permanent premises would take 12 to 18 mouths to complete. Mr Seadon will be asked for £SOO and £2500, balance of the promised subsidy, when the permanent scheme is approved. SUPERANNUATION SCHEME.
The Lyttelton Harbor Board has decided to get the opinion of the Government Actuary on its superannuation scheme for Harbor Board employees.
