BEET SUGAR.
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, iast'night. It is proposed to start a factory at Huntly, and application has been made to the Maori Laud Council for power to mortgage lands under their control for the purpose of raising the necessary roots. Mr W. J. Ralph haa offered eighty acres for a site for a faotory adjoining the Huntly railway station. CORONATION. *.
The anniversary of the coronation of tha King was celebrated at St. Matthew’s Church this morning by a volunteer parade.
