By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 1.21 a.m., Aug. 15, Ottawa, Aug. 14. In the Grand Trunk Railway debate Mr Sifton, Minister of tho Interior, said that all railway land subsidies having been selected, Government would shortly open for settlement fifty million acres of reserves, whereof twonty millions were not now accessible. They would inorewje two dollars in value in a decade.
