OUR NEW GOVERNOR.
Per Press Association. New Plymouth, last night. The Taranaki Herald gives currency to a rumor, apparently well authenticated, that Lord Ranfurly's successor will be Lord Rosemead, who is a son of Sir Heroules Robinson.
