The Daily Mail states tlmt tho Countess of Ulbandim has been arrested at Romo for an insurance fraud in trying to obtain money on the life of a sister, supposed to bo dead. Several accomplices are connected with the substitution of a dying patient from the hospital for her sister. She is ulso charged with forgery. It is rumored that pioofs of otlior crirnos have been discovered at her residence.
