XN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in them in that behalf by “ The Counties’ Act, 1886,” and “ The Local Bodies Loans Aat, 19Q1,” the Cook County Counoil do hereby resolve as follows : That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £IOO, authorised to be rai ed by the Cook County Council under the provisions of ‘ The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,’ for completing the bridgo aorosa the Waimoko River, the said Cook County Council do hereby make and levy a Special Rite of Three Farthings in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property or the Waiomoko Loan District No. 2, comprising Sections 2 and 3, Block X, Whangara Survey District, and that such Speoial Rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the ourrenoy of such loan, and be payable yearly on the Ist day of January in eaoh and every year during a period equal to the ourrenoy of such loan, being a period of twenty-six years, or until the loan is fully paid off. The rate of interest to be per cent." The foregoing special order was made at a Specia} Meeting of the Cook County Council on Friday, the 28 th day of August, 1903, and will be confirmed at a Meeting to bo held on FRIDAY, 2nd October, 4903.
