ALLEGED MANSLAUGHTER.
Per Press Association. Hokitika, last night. In connection with the recent discovery of a male infant in the Hokitika river, an elderly woman named McLaughlan and a young girl named Louisa Harding were arrested this afternoon, and will be charged with manslaughter to-morrow.
